The United States of America will cooperate with the new Serbian government

On Tuesday Mark Toner, spokesman of the US State Department, conveyed the United States congratulations to the citizens of Serbia after the first round of successful elections. Toner added that the US will continue to cooperate with Serbia in the future regardless of the composition of the new government. " Based on the data of the OSCE the elections were conducted without serious incidents within the framework of a regular election," said Toner at the press conference in Washington.
According to the election summary published at the State Department's website, the final outcome of elections are still uncertain. "Regardless of which party will be in power we will continue to cooperate with Serbia on it’s Euro-integration," said Toner. (Beta)
