Pásztor István, the president of the Alliance of Ethnic Hungarians in Vojvodina, said at a press conference that the party was tricked and robbed at the Sunday's elections. Serious and opaque events occurred between the election process and the enumeration of the votes which overrides the will of the voters – said Pásztor.On Sunday night, Pásztor as a presidential candidate had 91 thousand 401 votes, however on Tuesday afternoon this number was nearly 30 thousand less, which is 63 thousand 262.
According to the Sunday news the list VMSZ has received 2.4 percent of the total votes which would have guaranteed 7 seats at the parliament, but after the Tuesday results the VMSZ would be entitled to only five seats.
