From the 30th of September the energy certificate is mandatory for every newly built buildings, in order to receive the residence permit. The certificate will prove that the energy efficiency in the buildings is fine.
The energy certificate may be issued by only to those firms which employed specialized licensed engineers. The license will be used during real estate leasing and sales as well.
The Atrium Konsalting company has already received the necessary permits, and in an announcement they said that they are ready to issue such documents, and in addition to this the executive director of the company, Elezović Martin, added that the company provides its’ customers with free assistance.
