Subotica has 140 thousand inhabitants

According to the Republican Statistical Office the city of Subotica (Szabadka) has 141,554 inhabitants which is 6847 less than in 2002. At the last census 50,469 citizens declared themselves as Hungarians, 38,254 as Serbs, 14, 151 as Croats and 13, 553 as Bunjevci. The budget proposal for 2013 was adopted

On Saturday the Serbian parliament has adopted the budget proposal for 2013. The new budget is intended to envisage the deficit of 3.3 percent of Serbian GDP.
