New emergency numbers
Betűméret:
From the 21st of May the emergency numbers in Serbia- fire brigade, police, ambulance –will change in the whole Serbia. From Monday instead of the well-known 93, 92 and 94 numbers the distressed should call 192, 193 or 194. Predrag Marić, head of the Serbian Emergency Situations Department, has said that these are only technical changes. "Those who dial the old emergency phone numbers, an automaton will notify about the changes, regardless of fixed or mobile calls”. He also expressed his hopes that the country will soon develop a amalgamated emergency number.
